As a registered UK charity, Euroknowledge University is governed by a Board of Trustees, led by the Pro-Chancellor (Chair). The executive leadership team, headed by the Vice-Chancellor/CEO, manages daily operations.
Roles Available (Pro Bono)
We’re seeking dedicated individuals to serve as:

Pro-Chancellor (Chair of the Board) — Strategic and governance leader.

Treasurer — Senior finance or audit professional.

Trustees with expertise in:

Academic Standards & Student Outcomes
-
Digital, AI & Online Learning
-
Legal & Compliance
-
Fundraising & Partnerships
-
People, Culture & EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion)

Reputation & External Affairs
-
Commitment: Approximately 8–15 hours per month (including board meetings, committees, and preparation).
Term: 3 years, renewable once.
Remuneration: Pro bono (reasonable expenses reimbursed).
