Euroknowledge University (London) is inviting visionary leaders, academics, and professionals to join its governing Board of Trustees on a pro bono basis, including the prestigious role of Pro-Chancellor (Chair of the Board).

This is an opportunity to shape the future of inclusive, AI-enabled higher education, connecting Africa and the UK through innovation, research, and ethical governance.

As a registered UK charity, Euroknowledge University is governed by a Board of Trustees, led by the Pro-Chancellor (Chair). The executive leadership team, headed by the Vice-Chancellor/CEO, manages daily operations.

Roles Available (Pro Bono)

We’re seeking dedicated individuals to serve as:

  1. Pro-Chancellor (Chair of the Board) — Strategic and governance leader.

  2. Treasurer — Senior finance or audit professional.

  3. Trustees with expertise in:

    • Academic Standards & Student Outcomes

    • Digital, AI & Online Learning

    • Legal & Compliance

    • Fundraising & Partnerships

    • People, Culture & EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion)

    • Reputation & External Affairs

Commitment: Approximately 8–15 hours per month (including board meetings, committees, and preparation).
Term: 3 years, renewable once.
Remuneration: Pro bono (reasonable expenses reimbursed).

About the Recruitment Process
