We are expanding our 2026 Honorary Doctorate & Global Leadership Recognition Programme taking place in London, and we are recruiting exceptional Business Development Partners / Local Sales & Research Associates across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Commonwealth.
This is a remote, flexible, high-impact role designed for well-connected, professional individuals who can identify influential leaders, conduct targeted research, and drive participation in a prestigious global programme.
About the Role
As a Business Development Partner, you will play a key role in:
- Identifying credible leaders, executives, influencers, and accomplished professionals
- Conducting research to shortlist qualified nominees
- Presenting and explaining the Honorary Doctorate & Global Leadership Recognition Programme
- Guiding nominees through the inquiry, documentation, and vetting process
- Building partnerships and strengthening local engagement
- Driving participation for the 2026 London ceremony
This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed hours — ideal for individuals with strong networks, diplomatic communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Requirements
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Strong networking, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in business development, consulting, PR, diplomacy, or stakeholder engagement
- A professional, proactive, and discreet work style
- Ability to work independently (remote role)
- Confidence when engaging senior executives and public figures
- Research ability to identify credible nominees
A degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage — but not compulsory.
